Volleyball Game Preview: New Hanover Wildcats vs. Laney Buccaneers

New Hanover hasn't had much luck against Laney recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Wildcats will head out on the road to face off against the Buccaneers at 6:00 p.m. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

New Hanover came up short against Ashley on Thursday, falling 3-0.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-20, 25-16.

Meanwhile, Laney lost 3-0 to Hoggard on Thursday.

The final score came out to 25-20, 25-12, 25-11.

Laney's defeat dropped their record down to 6-11. As for New Hanover, their loss dropped their record down to 5-14.

New Hanover might still be hurting after the 3-0 defeat they got from Laney in their previous matchup back in September. Can the Wildcats avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
