Efrain Castro turned in yet another pitching appearance with fewer than three hits surrendered on Thursday. He pitched three innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off one hit, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He is becoming a predictor of ABF Academy's success: when he allows at most one hit the team is 3-1 (and 6-9 when he doesn't).
