Basketball Recap: Southern California Yeshiva Comes Up Short

If Southern California Yeshiva was feeling good fresh off their 68-19 takedown of Mountain Empire last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Southern California Yeshiva Hawks had to suffer through a 73-43 loss at the hands of the Sweetwater Red Devils.

Southern California Yeshiva's defeat dropped their record down to 10-7. As for Sweetwater, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-11.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Southern California Yeshiva will face off against High Tech NC on Tuesday. High Tech NC will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Southern California Yeshiva surely won't give up without a fight. As for Sweetwater, they will square off against Southwest SD at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Southwest SD is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 70.3 points per game this season.
