Softball Recap: Atascadero Comes Up Short

Monday just wasn't the day for Atascadero's offense. They came up short against the Golden West Trailblazers on Monday, falling 10-0. That's two games in a row now that the Greyhounds have lost by exactly ten runs.

This is the second loss in a row for Atascadero and nudges their season record down to 3-10. As for Golden West, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-6-1 record this season.

Atascadero wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 13-2 win against Corcoran on the 14th. As for Golden West, they have also already played their next contest, a 4-3 victory against Lemoore on the 14th.
