Basketball Game Preview: Kamiakin Braves vs. Ridgeline Falcons

The Kamiakin Braves and the Ridgeline Falcons will face off at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday without much rest having both just played. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, the two teams will really light up the scoreboard.

On Friday, Kamiakin didn't have too much trouble with Lewis & Clark as they won 68-54. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Braves.

Meanwhile, Ridgeline played a tough match on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They lost 83-59 to Chiawana. While losing is never fun, the Falcons can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Washington basketball rankings (they are ranked 188th, while the Riverhawks are ranked 13th).

Kamiakin has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 4-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.3 points per game. As for Ridgeline, they dropped their record down to 3-4 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season.
