While Enka didn't have the best season last year (they finished 7-19), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They blew past the Tuscola Mountaineers 58-38 on Tuesday. The Jets haven't had any issues with the Mountaineers recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Enka's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Amiya Wardlaw, who dropped a double-double with 15 points and 11 boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Ali Crook, who posted 12 points and four steals.

Enka smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 22 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 11 offensive rebounds every time they've taken the court this season.

Despite the loss, Tuscola still got an impressive performance from Julia Wells, who went 7-for-13 to rack up 14 points. Wells is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in each of the last six games she's played dating back to last season.

Enka's record now sits at 6-0. As for Tuscola, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-2.
