Hardin Valley Academy won the last time they faced William Blount and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Hawks came out on top in a nail-biter against the Governors, sneaking past 3-2. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Hawks.

Hardin Valley Academy pushed their record up to 20-9-1 with the win, which was their third straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.7 runs over those games. As for William Blount, they now have a losing record of 16-17.
