Softball Recap: Skyridge Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Skyridge can now relate to. They came up short against the Lehi Pioneers on Friday, falling 9-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Falcons have suffered since April 22nd.

Skyridge saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Hudson Ford, who went 1-for-3 with one double.

This is the second loss in a row for Skyridge and nudges their season record down to 13-17. As for Lehi, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-8 record this season.

Skyridge does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Lehi, they have already played their next game, a 7-4 victory against Davis on the 20th.
