Cypress Bay waltzed into their matchup on Wednesday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They put the hurt on the Western Wildcats with a sharp 3-0 win. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Lightning also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.
Cypress Bay never let Western on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The final score came out to 25-17, 25-23, 25-14.
