Basketball Recap: St. James Gets the Win

It's playoff time, and St. James had no trouble coming through when it counted. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 52-50 victory over the Ursuline Academy Bears on Tuesday. For the Tigers, this counts as revenge for the 54-53 win the Bears walked away with the last time they faced one another back in March of 2024.

The victory made it two in a row for St. James and bumps their season record up to 20-6. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.5 points over those games. As for Ursuline Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 15-6.

As of now, neither St. James nor Ursuline Academy have any future games scheduled.
