Softball Recap: Broome Comes Up Short

Broome was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a 9-5 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Mountain View Prep Stars.

Broome's record is now 3-13. As for Mountain View Prep, the win snapped their losing streak at four games and leaves them with a 4-8 record.

Coming up, Broome will be playing at home against Chapman at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Mountain View Prep, they will venture away from home to face off against Legion Collegiate Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Stars' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Lancers have averaged an impressive 7.4 runs per game this season.
