Basketball Recap: South Heart Takes a Loss

South Heart was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They were dealt a 58-28 loss at the hands of the Richardton-Taylor Raiders. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Eagles of the 45-28 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in February of 2024.

South Heart's loss dropped their record down to 6-14. As for Richardton-Taylor, their victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-4.

While South Heart had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
