Ridgeview hadn't beaten Fisher on the road since April 25, 2018 but that history sure didn't bother them  on Friday. The Mustangs blew past the Bunnies 8-2. The result was nothing new for the Mustangs, who have now won three games by six  runs or more  so far this season.
 The team  relied heavily on  Landon Ludwig, who  went 2-for-4 with five  RBI and one  double. That  double was  his first of the season. Another player making a difference was  Max Mason, who  scored a  run while going 1-for-3.
The  victory made it two in a row for Ridgeview and  bumps their season record up to 4-3-1. The  wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 3  runs in those games. As for Fisher, their loss was  their fifth straight at home, which  dropped their record down to 1-8.
 Both  squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Ridgeview will take on Cissna Park at 11:00  a.m.  on Saturday. The Timberwolves have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 12.57  runs per game on average), something the Mustangs will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Fisher, they will challenge Eureka at 4:30  p.m.  on Monday.
