Henry County dropped down to 7-7 on Saturday, ending the team's three-game streak of wins. They came up short against the Hamilton Southeastern Royals, falling 10-0. The matchup marked the first time this season in which the Patriots were not able to get on the board.

As for Hamilton Southeastern, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 4-0. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 10.5 runs this season.

For Hamilton Southeastern's part, they got a great performance from Spencer Mohr as he kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits over five innings pitched.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Jackson Bixler, who went a perfect 4-for-4 with three RBI, two runs, and one triple. Those four hits gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Chase Bradle, who went 2-for-3 with three RBI, one run, and one double.

Looking ahead, Henry County will challenge Northwest at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Hamilton Southeastern, they will square off against Clarksville Academy at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Cougars have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 7.89 runs per game on average), something the Royals will no doubt try to take advantage of.
