Baseball Recap: North Platte Bulldogs vs. Standing Bear Grizzlies
North Platte had lost three games straight , but after bumping their record up to 7-16 on Saturday that streak is in the rearview. They had just enough and edged out the Standing Bear Grizzlies 8-6. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 6-5 back in March.

North Platte let Kade Songster and Jaxon Peters run wild. Songster went 2-for-4 with two runs, two RBI, and one double, while Peters went 1-for-3 with two stolen bases, one run, and one RBI.
