Basketball Recap: False River Comes Up Short

False River lost to Hanson Memorial back in December of 2022 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Gators had to suffer through a 46-19 loss at the hands of the Tigers. The Gators have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

False River's loss dropped their record down to 1-13. As for Hanson Memorial, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-7.

Looking ahead, False River will venture away from home to face off against Monterey at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Hanson Memorial, they will host Jeanerette at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
