Visser came up big in Bingham's 11-6 victory
Winning always takes teamwork, but on Tuesday Hayden Visser stepped things up a notch to give Bingham the 'W'. Copper Hills had no answer to Visser as he struck out seven batters over six innings while giving up just two earned runs off five hits.
Visser's strong effort led Bingham over Copper Hills and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Visser has dominated as far as walks are concerned (he's averaged 1.8 per game this season), but he's got his work cut out for him considering Copper Hills has only allowed 3.73 per game this season.
