Volleyball Recap: Life Prep Snaps Three-Game Streak of Losses on the Road

Life Prep hadn't done well against Ark City Christian Academy recently (they were 1-7-1 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Fire came out on top against Ark City Christian Academy by a score of 3-1. This was payback for the Fire, who suffered a 3-0 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 26-24, 24-26, 25-16, 25-17.

Life Prep's victory ended a three-match drought on the road and puts them at 5-7. As for Ark City Christian Academy, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-8.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. After both having extra time off, Life Prep and Independent will shake off the rust and duke it out at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Ark City Christian Academy, they will venture away from home to face off against Sunrise Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
