Basketball Recap: Hopkinsville Takes a Loss

Hopkinsville suffered their biggest defeat since November 21, 2024 on Thursday. They lost 79-58 to the Henderson County Colonels. While losing is never fun, the Tigers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Kentucky basketball rankings (they are ranked 147th, while the Colonels are ranked 26th).

Hopkinsville's loss dropped their record down to 14-14. As for Henderson County, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten games. That's provided a nice bump to their 23-6 record this season.

As of now, neither Hopkinsville nor Henderson County have any future games scheduled.
