Triton Central had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. Everything went their way against the Heritage Christian Eagles on Tuesday as they made off with a 13-1 victory. The Tigers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 14 matchups by six runs or more this season.
Triton Central let Jayda McKee and Olivia Schaadt run wild. McKee got on base in three of her four plate appearances with three runs, while Schaadt went a perfect 2-for-2 with two RBI, one run, and one double. The team also got some help courtesy of Ashlyn Hittle, who went 1-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.
Triton Central was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .500. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .333 or higher in four consecutive games.
