Soccer Recap: Loretto Takes a Loss

Loretto was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 8-0 to the Zion Christian Academy Eagles. That's two games in a row now that the Mustangs have lost by exactly eight goals.

Loretto's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Zion Christian Academy, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-1-2.

Loretto will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Richland at 6:00 p.m. on March 28th. As for Zion Christian Academy, they didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 10-2 victory against Agathos Classical on the 18th.
