Rivercrest entered their tilt with West Memphis Christian on Friday with seven consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with eight. They beat the Black Knights by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 4-3. While the Colts didn't have the best season last year (they finished 6-15), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Rivercrest's win bumped their record up to 8-5. As for West Memphis Christian, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-7 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Rivercrest will venture away from home to take on McCrory at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Colts 3.7, the Jaguars 3.9) so any runs scored will be well earned.
