Basketball Recap: Williston Has No Trouble Against Dickinson

Williston hadn't done well against Dickinson recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Williston Coyotes enjoyed a cozy 74-60 win over the Dickinson Midgets. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 82-31 back in December of 2024.

The victory got Williston back to even at 5-5. As for Dickinson, their loss was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-13.

Williston will host Century at 5:45 p.m. on Friday. Williston knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past four contests -- so hopefully Century likes a good challenge. Dickinson has already played their next match (against Minot), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
