Chelsea waltzed into their match on Tuesday with nine straight wins... but they left with ten. They didn't even let the Prattville Lions on the board, marking their second-straight 10-0 shutout. The Hornets might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven games by six runs or more this season.

Grant Hill tossed a big game, not allowing a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out nine over 4.2 innings pitched.

At the plate, Aiden Hughes was excellent, scoring two runs and stealing a base while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. Another player making a difference was Luke Neill, who scored a run while going 2-for-3.

Chelsea's win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-4. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.6 runs on average over those games. As for Prattville, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-9.

Coming up, Chelsea will head out on the road to face off against Vestavia Hills at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Prattville, they will face off against Stanhope Elmore at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
