On Thursday, the Marana Tigers didn't have too much breathing room in their game against the Bradshaw Mountain Bears, but they still walked away with a 41-35 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Tigers.

When it comes to explaining why Bradshaw Mountain lost, don't look at Kenna Martinez. Despite the final result, she dropped a double-double on 13 points and ten rebounds. The dominant performance gave Martinez a new career-high in points. The team also got some help courtesy of Presley Connolly, who posted four points and six rebounds.

Marana is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 5-6 record this season. As for Bradshaw Mountain, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-4.

Marana will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Pueblo at 7:00 p.m. As for Bradshaw Mountain, they and Thunderbird will face off at 8:00 a.m. on Friday without much rest having both just played.
