St. Mary's Ryken barely beat The Heights the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Knights put the hurt on The Heights with a sharp 10-1 victory on Tuesday. The Knights have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw The Heights, too.

St. Mary's Ryken got a great performance from Dillon Gordon as he pitched five innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits.

On the hitting side, Lucas Sigafoose was incredible, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 2-for-3. What's more, he posted three RBI, the most he's had over his last ten matches. Austin Michael was another key player, scoring a run and stealing two bases while getting on base in three of his five plate appearances.

St. Mary's Ryken hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. They are 4-2 when they post two or more strikeouts.

St. Mary's Ryken now has a winning record of 9-8. As for The Heights, their defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 6-11.
