Volleyball Recap: Fort Bend Dulles Comes Up Short + How To Watch

If Fort Bend Dulles was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Fort Bend Bush last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Vikings lost 3-0 to the Fort Bend Austin Bulldogs on Tuesday. The Vikings have struggled against the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive lost matchup.

While Fort Bend Dulles was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Fort Bend Austin's winning margin in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-12, 25-14.

Gabrielle St. Louis paced Fort Bend Dulles' offense, picking up eight kills. St. Louis got some help from Ambika Nair and her ten assists.

Fort Bend Dulles' loss dropped their record down to 11-19. As for Fort Bend Austin, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-17 record this season.
