Football Recap: Sevier County Smoky Bears vs. Cocke County Fighting Cocks        
        
		
             Sevier County put another one in the bag  on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past the Cocke County Fighting Cocks, posting  a  63-0 victory at home. Fans of the Smoky Bears have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 20+  points.
  Tegan Avera was  his usual excellent self, rushing for 146 yards and two touchdowns on only nine carries, while also catching a touchdown.  Zach Banks was another key player, rushing for 80 yards and a touchdown.
 He was just one part of a punishing run game: Sevier County was unstoppable on the ground and  finished the game with 434  rushing yards. That's the most  rushing yards they've managed all season.
 One reason for the win was Sevier County's imposing  defense, which managed to get into the backfield for five sacks. Cocke County's QB  won't forget  Jude Costner anytime soon given he sacked him twice.
 Sevier County pushed their record up to 4-0 with the  win, which was their third straight  at home. As for Cocke County,  they are  on  a  13-game losing streak  (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.
 Sevier County is taking a road trip to  challenge Tennessee  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Sevier County's defense has only allowed 8.2  points per game  this season, so Tennessee's offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Cocke County, they will host David Crockett  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday.
