Baseball Recap: Battle Ground Academy Takes a Loss

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Battle Ground Academy's offense. They lost 9-0 to the Columbia Academy Bulldogs on Tuesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Wildcats have suffered since March 11th.

Battle Ground Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 10-10. As for Columbia Academy, their win was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 17-3.

Coincidentally, Battle Ground Academy and Columbia Academy will both be playing Lewis County the next time they take the field. The Wildcats will host the Panthers at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, while the Bulldogs will head out to face them at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
