Volleyball Recap: Floyd Comes Up Short

Floyd was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Melrose Buffaloes. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Buffaloes this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in October.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-11, 25-3.

Floyd's loss dropped their record down to 3-19. As for Melrose, the victory (which was their 14th in a row) raised their record to 21-2.

As of now, neither Floyd nor the Buffaloes have any future games scheduled.
