Volleyball Recap: Theodore Comes Up Short

Theodore was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Saraland Spartans. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Bobcats of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-10, 25-7, 25-14.

Saraland can attribute much of their success to Taniyah Smith, who had 15 assists and four aces.

Theodore's loss dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Saraland, the victory (which was their tenth in a row) raised their record to 15-2.

Theodore has already played their next matchup (against Citronelle), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Saraland, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-1 win against Mountain Brook on the 18th.
