There's no place like home for Butler, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They were the clear victor by a 57-36 margin over the Hawthorne Christian Defenders on Tuesday. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Bulldogs as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Butler's victory bumped their record up to 3-9. As for Hawthorne Christian, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last seven matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-10 record this season.

Butler didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 55-42 win against Pompton Lakes on the 23rd. As for Hawthorne Christian, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 40-24 victory against Eastern Christian on the 23rd.
