Volleyball Recap: Brooks Takes a Loss

Brooks lost against Whitney Young back in October of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Eagles took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Dolphins.

The final score came out to 25-7, 25-10.

Whitney Young's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Molly Boyle, who had four digs and three aces.

Brooks' loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Coming up, Brooks will square off against Kenwood at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Whitney Young, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against DePaul College Prep on the 28th.
