Soccer Game Preview: Reed vs. McQueen

Reed is 2-8 against McQueen since October of 2021 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Saturday. The Raiders will square off against the Lancers at 10:45 a.m. Reed will be strutting in after a win while McQueen will be coming in after a loss.

Reed's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed last Tuesday. They put the hurt on North Valleys with a sharp 4-0 victory. That's two games straight that Reed have won by exactly four goals.

Meanwhile, McQueen's game last Tuesday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Reno. The defeat continues a trend for McQueen in their meetings with Reno: they've now lost three in a row.

McQueen's loss dropped their record down to 4-8. As for Reed, their win ended a three-match drought at home and bumped them up to 3-11-1.
