Basketball Recap: Hamilton Snaps Three-Game Streak of Losses at Home

Hamilton had to endure a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They walked away with a 62-53 win over the Steinert Spartans on Thursday. The Hornets have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Spartans, too.

Hamilton's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-15. As for Steinert, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-14.

Hamilton and Steinert could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps New Jersey Rankings. Hamilton will face off against Notre Dame at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday down 195 places (357 vs. 162). Hamilton is out to stop a three-game streak of losses at home. Similarly, Steinert (ranked 403rd) will meet Ewing (ranked 83rd) at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
