Soccer Recap: Watertown's Undefeated Season over After Five Games

Watertown was the 2-0 winner over Brookings when they last played one another back in August of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Arrows fell just short of the Bobcats by a score of 3-2 on Thursday. The loss was Watertown's first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Watertown fell to 3-1-1. As for Brookings, the victory got them back to even at 2-2-1.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Watertown will square off against rival Pierre T.F. Riggs at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The contest will give Watertown their first taste of in-conference action this season. Meanwhile, Brookings is set to challenge their familiar foe Mitchell at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
