Basketball Recap: Paoli Find Success

Paoli hasn't had quite the year their fans were hoping for to this point, but back-to-back wins may be a sign of good things to come. They snuck past the Columbus East Olympians with a 42-36 victory on Saturday.

Paoli's win bumped their record up to 4-10. As for Columbus East, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-13.

The future could be bright for both Paoli and Columbus East: their next opponents haven't had the best luck recently. Paoli will try to hand New Washington their fifth-straight loss when the two meet at 12:30 p.m. on January 4, 2025. Similarly, Columbus East will look to extend Shelbyville's three-game losing streak when the meet at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
