Football Recap: Howe Takes a Loss

If Howe was riding high fresh off their 21-0 takedown of Bonham last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Bulldogs lost 40-20 to the Bowie Jackrabbits on Friday. The defeat continues a trend for the Bulldogs in their meetings with the Jackrabbits: they've now lost three in a row.

Howe now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Bowie, their victory ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-1.

Coming up, Howe will face off against Pilot Point at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Bowie, they will host Dublin at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
