Football Game Recap: Chase County vs. Mitchell

The last time they met, Chase County were the 42-13 winner over Mitchell. This time around? They had no such luck. It was close but no cigar for Chase County as they fell 32-35 to Mitchell on Friday. Things were expected to be close, but in this case the state rankings mixed up the winning team. The game brought Mitchell to 4-2 and dropped Chase County to a mirror-image 2-4.

Chase County will take on Chadron at home at 7:00 PM next week. As for Mitchell, they will face off against St. Patrick's. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, Mitchell and St. Patrick's will really light up the scoreboard.
