Basketball Recap: Hollins Royals vs. Osceola Warriors
Hollins was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They were dealt a 44-17 defeat at the hands of the Osceola Warriors. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Royals this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 48-43 back in December of 2024.

Hollins' loss came despite strong showings from Cecilia Tith and Summer Morgan. Tith posted five points in addition to five rebounds and five steals, while Morgan put up seven points and five steals. Hollins' record is now 2-15. As for Osceola, with the victory, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 7-11.
Hollins has already played their next match, a 46-20 win against Admiral Farragut on the 24th. As for Osceola, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 61-35 loss against Indian Rocks Christian on the 24th.
