Soccer Game Preview: Crestview vs. Tate

Crestview hasn't had much luck against Tate recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Crestview Bulldogs will square off against the Tate Aggies at 7:00 p.m.

Crestview is headed into Thursday's match looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their third straight game on Friday. They lost 9-0 to Choctawhatchee. While losing is never fun, the Bulldogs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida soccer rankings (they are ranked 467th, while the Indians are ranked 93rd).

Meanwhile, for the first time this season, Tate was forced to settle for a draw. They and Arnold finished up on equal footing with a 2-2 draw on Friday.

Crestview's loss dropped their record down to 1-13-1. Tate's draw gives them a new season record of 9-6-1.

Crestview suffered a grim 7-1 defeat to Tate when the teams last played back in December of 2024. That contest was all but decided by halftime, at which point Crestview was down 4-1.
