It was a good run, but Hatch unfortunately witnessed the end of their ten-game winning streak on Friday. They were dealt a 74-42 defeat at the hands of the Keith Bears. The matchup marked the Bobcats' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Keith to victory, but perhaps none more so than Miles Hannah, who went 7 for 11 en route to 18 points and seven assists. Those seven assists gave Hannah a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Jarius Sanders, who went 5 of 8 on his way to 10 points and seven boards.

Hatch's loss was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 5-1 and their overall record down to 12-3. As for Keith, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 10-12.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hatch won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Johnson at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday. Hatch is facing Johnson at the right time seeing as Johnson is stuck on a seven-game losing streak. As for Keith, they will take on Linden at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
