Volleyball Recap: Patriot Takes a Loss

Patriot lost against Norte Vista back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Warriors fell just short of the Braves by a score of 3-2. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, Patriot sadly dropped the once that decided the match. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 21-25, 25-12, 18-25, 15-13.

Patriot's loss dropped their record down to 7-14. As for Norte Vista, their victory was their tenth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 19-3.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Patriot will square off against rival Rubidoux at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Norte Vista is set to challenge their familiar foe Ramona at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
