Soccer Recap: Marshall Gets the Win

Marshall's game on Tuesday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 victory over the Brownsboro Bears. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Mavericks.

Marshall now has a winning record of 2-1-1. As for Brownsboro, they now have a losing record at 1-2-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Marshall will head out to face off against Tenaha at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Brownsboro, they are taking a road trip to challenge Cumberland Academy at 5:30 p.m. on January 14th.
