            Mountain View has gone  a perfect 10-0 against Skyline recently and they'll look to pad the win column further  on Tuesday. Mountain View will look to defend their home field  against Skyline  at 3:45  p.m. Skyline took a loss in their last  game and will be looking to turn the tables on Mountain View, who comes in off a win.
Mountain View took a loss when they played away from home  on Wednesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed  on Thursday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand Liberty  a   4-0 shutout.

Not much got past  Justice Yanke, who gave up just  five  hits to keep Liberty off the board. Yanke also  tossed a  walk, which is notable because Mountain View is 2-1 when he allows at  most  one  walk, but 3-7 otherwise.
 At the plate,  the team  relied heavily on  Beckham Barney, who  scored a  run and  stole a base while going 2-for-3.
Meanwhile, Monday just wasn't the day for Skyline's offense. They fell just short of Desert Vista by a score of  2-0 on Monday. The Coyotes haven't had much luck with the Thunder recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.
  Easton Leon was a  force to be reckoned with on the mound despite the final result: he  didn't allow a single  earned run over six innings pitched. He has been consistent : he hasn't  given up  a single  earned run in six consecutive appearances.
 Skyline's defeat dropped their record down to 9-4. As for Mountain View, their victory  ended  a  four-game drought at home  dating back to last season and  bumped them up to 5-8.
 Mountain View was able to grind out a solid  win over Skyline when the teams last played  back in April of 2024, winning  4-0. Will Mountain View repeat their success,  or does  Skyline has a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
