Soccer Recap: Mays Comes Up Short

Mays lost against Midtown back in March of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Mays came up short against Midtown, falling 9-0. Mays have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Mays' defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Midtown, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-3.

Mays has already played their next match, a 5-0 victory against Washington on the 20th. As for Midtown, they will venture away from home to face off against Creekside at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Midtown will be up against Creekside's rather soft defense (which has allowed 9.4 goals per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
