Basketball Game Preview: Chateaugay Bulldogs vs. Morristown Central Rockets

The Chateaugay Bulldogs will face off against the Morristown Central Rockets at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Back in January, Chateaugay didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Plattsburgh, but they still walked away with a 40-34 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Bulldogs.

Meanwhile, with a playoff win on the line, Morristown Central rose to the challenge on Tuesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Panthers 55-15. The Rockets' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Chateaugay's win was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 2-0. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 32.1 points. As for Morristown Central, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-4.

Chateaugay beat Morristown Central 40-28 in their previous matchup back in February of 2018. Does Chateaugay have another victory up their sleeve, or will Morristown Central turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
