Kyle made her presence known in West Limestone's 2-1 defeat
Even if West Limestone couldn't beat Ardmore on Tuesday, underclassman Katie Lyn Kyle still had a big game. Ardmore had no answer to Kyle as she struck out seven batters over six innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off five hits (and only one walk).
Kyle and West Limestone will be playing at home against Randolph School at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Sadly, Kyle's big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped West Limestone's four-game streak of wins on the road.
