Lamar County came tearing into Thursday's match with five straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Westside Seminoles by a score of 2-0.

Lamar County's victory bumped their record up to 14-3. As for Westside, they have been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last ten matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-12 record this season.
