While Huron put up plenty of runs on Wednesday, the same can't be said for Grosse Ile. The Chiefs were the clear victors by a 12-0 margin over the Red Devils. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 19-4 back in April.

The victory made it two in a row for Huron and bumps their season record up to 7-10. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 5 runs in those games. As for Grosse Ile, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-16.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Huron is set to challenge their familiar foe Jefferson at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Grosse Ile will face off against rival Riverview at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
